The architectural wonder of the Center towering 76 feet in the air our Winterlodge is available for conventions, banquets and trade shows as well as being an extension of the Museum. The Winterlodge will accomodate up to 400 people in convention seating and 300 in banquet seating.

RENTAL RULES
1. NO outside professional catering.
2. NO alcohol, smoking or use of illegal substances is allowsed in any tribal facilities (or on the premises) per Yakama Nation Resolution.
3. NO driving on the lawns or sidewalks is allowed, due to underground sprinkler systems (loading and unloading is permitted behind the Heritage Inn Restaurant at the loading dock).
4. NO loose glitter or confetti is allowed in the cultural facilities.
5. NO paint allowed for making any type of banner or flyers.
6. NO helium balloons allowed (when loose they can get caught in the ceiling fans in the Winter Lodge).
7. NO open flame (i.e. candles or gas appliances).
a. Any of the faclilties left dirty, damaged and or missing equipment will be charged.
b. Any decorations put up on the wall must be removed after the event is over (i.e. thumb tacks, tape and /or staples).
c. NO glue or adhesive substance allowed, tape is permitted but also must be removed when the event is over.
8. All dances require a dance permit, which can be purchased from Yakama Tribal Police, Mon-Fri 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-5:00.
a. On the Dance License Application, please note #5 "The undersigned applicant shall be held financially responsible for the cleaning of the grounds and building together with repair of any and all damage to the facility during the tenure covered by this dance license application. Be it further understood the undersigned applcant's responsiblity ends when this license is signed by Faciliy Managemnt, with additional costs for damage done, if any. In this event, this document will then be returned to 'The Office of Tribal Council.' The chairman of the Yakama Tribal Council may then take necessary steps to collect such cost from any funds available."
b. You are responsible for getting security during your events.
9. Notice of cancellation is required 72 hours or longer, if no notice is given each party will be charged for all items ordered. (i.e. room rental, food & beverage costs, equipment rental or linen ordered. All those items requested and ordered for your event.)
10. A 20% deposit is required for all events scheduled after this date. | |
